The area was mountainous with thick parts of pine forests and rocky outcrops. You can find Black Bears, Cinnamon Bears, Wolves, Mountain Lions, Coyotes and all sorts of animals.
It was an incredible drive along the Boise river, one to remember!

Wild Boise
Yesterday we travelled to the outer mountains of Boise to an area classified at "wilderness". In the US, an area is classified as wilderness when there is only 4 people per 1000 square miles, so it was a pretty wild area.
The area was mountainous with thick parts of pine forests and rocky outcrops. You can find Black Bears, Cinnamon Bears, Wolves, Mountain Lions, Coyotes and all sorts of animals.
It was an incredible drive along the Boise river, one to remember!
